The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari has promised that if he is elected in 2015, he will encourage entrepreneurship spirit of Nigerians. Speaking on Friday, during the APC presidential campaign rally in Aba, Abia state, Buhari promised to develop infrastructure, Leadership reports.
